25 Years Experience In Recruitment

In her extensive 25 year career in recruitment, Lynne always used coaching & mentoring within her own teams, and found huge satisfaction in working with her own direct reports to challenge themselves and progress their careers.

Coaching and Mentoring Certifications

This sparked a keen interest in the coaching profession and after initially obtaining the ILM Level 5 in Effective Coaching and Mentoring, Lynne further expanded her expertise by earning certifications as a Certified Team Coach and Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching from the Global Team Coaching Institute, demonstrating her ability to foster collaboration, enhance communication, and unlock the collective potential of teams.

Coaching is not easy, it can be challenging and is unique to each individual. We believe that individuals can solve and overcome challenges and decisions themselves. We work with you to help you make the best decisions. We don't tell you what to do, we guide you to make the best decision or opportunity for yourself.


Each coaching program is bespoke. We have a consultation with the stakeholder to find out who will be being coached, what they are looking for in a coach and their ideal outcome. We will give them a quote now which course, mentoring and timeline is right for them. Bespoke service to each client.
