The 27.2 Consultancy offer both inperson and online training. We work with clients across the world and will make effort to find flexible times for coaching and mentoring.


Coaching is not easy, it can be challenging and is unique to each individual. We believe that individuals can solve and overcome challenges and decisions themselves. We work with you to help you make the best decisions. We don't tell you what to do, we guide you to make the best decision or opportunity for yourself.


Each coaching program is bespoke. We have a consultation with the stakeholder to find out who will be being coached, what they are looking for in a coach and their ideal outcome. We will give them a quote now which course, mentoring and timeline is right for them. Bespoke service to each client.


A coach works with you to help you reach your objectives, achieve more and find your own capabilities through questioning, giving you space, a trusted confidential environment to experiment on your ideas and concepts. It can be challenging for some as the coach does not provide the answers. As a coach I work in developing leaders to achieve goals that they maybe didn’t think possible and to aid them to fulfil their career, and life, ambitions.


Whilst I specialize in the recruitment sector my client base in not solely in that. I have many clients in media, legal, technology and business services. My skills as a coach and as a former senior leader transcend across industries and sectors. I am willing to coach any leader that is prepared to put the work and effort in that coaching requires.


Coaching is defined by the impact it makes. Effective coaching increases the performance of people by challenging them through questioning, listening and reflecting, to think, act and learn form themselves. Coaching is the art of asking the most important question at the right time and actively listening to the response. It is a confidential, safe space for people to work on their ideas and thoughts without fear of being judged. Mentoring is much more directive - think of it as going to someone you respect for advice. The mentor offers advice and their opinion as they are often someone from the same industry or sector. A mentor is like a guiding influence.
